The style trend this year for the 2009 Academy Awards seems to be more of a simple and timeless look. Some of the hair styles were left either completely down or partially up with some soft romantic waves. Another style that I saw a lot of was the classic up swept bun. There were several variations of this classic look. Some wore it low, some wore it high, while others ventured for a different spin by wearing it off to the side. Whether the hair was up or down everyone seemed to reflect the same simple and timeless look. We are starting to get out of the era of using your hair as an accessory to dress up your look. Big stunning earrings are a great alternative to add some elegance to your style.
